**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Apprentice Head Coach at Old Town - South Block. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our team of Blockstars, fostering their growth, and ensuring our store operates seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Blockstars to achieve sales growth and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach (General Manager) to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.
  • Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Minimum age of 18 and possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and handle food products safely.
