Job Title: Processing Team Member

KARM Stores is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to serving our community. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Processing Team as a Processing Team Member.

Job Summary:
  • Perform daily job duties within the processing team and department, including accepting donations and presorting.
  • Produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle the receiving and donation process with respect and care, including greeting donors, assisting with unloading donations, and issuing receipts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.
  • Write in legible, clear handwriting.
  • Have a commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
  • Have computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
  • Interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day.
  • Lifting and bending for up to 75% of a standard work day.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
