To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- An Associate's degree in Nursing (required).
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (to be obtained within 5 years).
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days).
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required within 6 months).
- Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within specified timeframes.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (required within 180 days).
