We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Fitness Formula Clubs. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet members by name, provide a clean and safe environment, and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk, shop, and tanning areas, answer incoming calls, and direct them accordingly.
- Appointment Booking: Book appointments, take payment, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings and client inquiries.
- Additional Duties: Provide support to other departments as needed, serve as an expert on Recovery Lounge products and services, and educate clients on medical benefits and precautions.
- Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare.
- Company-paid Life Insurance: Available for full-time employees.

- Professional Development Reimbursement: FFC will match 50% of the cost for an activity up to a maximum reimbursement amount of $200 allowed during the calendar year.
