Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Wealth Advisor to join our esteemed Wealth Management division. This role is pivotal in providing tailored financial solutions to affluent individuals, families, and businesses. As a Wealth Advisor, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized investment strategies that align with clients' financial goals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including estate and tax planning, to optimize wealth preservation.
- Collaborate with a team of banking professionals to provide holistic financial services.
- Engage in ongoing education and evaluation of clients' financial needs to ensure optimal solutions.
- Deliver presentations and insights to clients, showcasing your expertise in wealth management.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, with 10+ years preferred.
- Required licensing, including FINRA Series 7 & 66 (65/63), as well as life and health insurance.
- CFP certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in financial planning software and analytical tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
