We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Registered Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. As a Pulmonary Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients with respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or enrollment in a BSN program with a commitment to complete the degree within 5 years.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- One year of experience in a pulmonary care setting, preferably in a telemetry or critical care environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- National Certification in Pulmonary Nursing (optional).
