Job Overview
Family & Nursing Care is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic plans to increase referrals and expand our customer base.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of business development managers, building relationships with referral sources, and implementing account management strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional referral goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of business development managers to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and families.
  • Implement effective account management strategies to secure new referrals and retain existing customers.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of forming and growing referral partnerships.
  • 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect for new opportunities and utilize a consultative sales approach to close deals.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve excellence.
