Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus, guaranteed shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our team as a perinatal hospitalist. In this role, you will work closely with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care, including emergency cesarean sections and labor management
- Collaborating with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participating in rounds, conferences, and other educational activities to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve patient outcomes

Location
This position is based at Bayhealth Hospital - Sussex Campus, a state-of-the-art facility in central Delaware that offers comprehensive out-patient services, including cancer care and diagnostic services. The hospital features 128 private in-patient rooms, eight surgical suites, and an expanded Emergency/Trauma unit.
