We are seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute care facilities in the Ravenna, Ohio area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team.
  • Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
  • Transport residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
