Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Lehigh Valley Dairy, a leading dairy products manufacturer. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, pulling, and building orders to meet customer demands
  • Palletizing products and loading/unloading materials for outgoing delivery
  • Operating material handling equipment and machinery in a warehouse, cooler, or dock environment
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
  • Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary
