About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Coordinator to join our payroll team at the DeMontrond Automotive Group in the Greater Houston-area. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, including medical, vision, dental, supplemental insurance, 401K retirement savings, paid time off, holiday pay, and company-paid continuing education and training.

As a Human Capital Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accurate coding of payroll transactions, processing Personnel Action Forms, and maintaining various member receivables. You will also identify internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller/Payroll Manager. Additionally, you will process chargebacks and cancellations, and attend weekly department meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ADP Payroll Plus experience and/or training are recommended.
