Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $**250,000 - $300,000 per year**, based on experience, plus an additional **$15,000 annual bonus** for working night shifts. Our comprehensive benefit package includes a guaranteed salary for the first two years, annual CME budget, vacation time built into your schedule, 401K multi-funded account, and salary continuation.
About the Job:
As a Medical Director at Physician Empire, you will work as a nocturnist, caring for patients from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. You will have a guaranteed workload of 14 shifts per month, with a maximum of 168 shifts per year. Your responsibilities will include managing patient care, conducting admissions, and working collaboratively with our skilled team of Hospitalists to deliver high-quality patient care.
