About the Role

As a skilled Registered Nurse (RN), you will be working with Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities to provide top-notch home care services to patients in their homes. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, providing personalized care and support.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $76,960 - $89,440 per year, plus additional benefits such as mileage reimbursement, a company car program, generous PTO, holiday pay, and 401k matching.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Completing admissions or visits for the Home Care team
  • Direct patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or Nursing Supervisor
  • Creating and/or following the plan of care
  • Providing and determining treatments for patients
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Minnesota, with an active and good-standing license
  • Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Two years' experience as an RN, with one year of homecare or hospice experience preferred
  • CPR Certification
