Requirements and Responsibilities:

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.

Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staff.

Follows Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures.

Cups soup and mac & cheese as needed.

Fills waffle fry containers to correct weight.

Uses correct packaging for all items.
