About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Support and participate in store recovery, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment, adhering to all labor laws and policies.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting business needs and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
