We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) in Milton, Florida. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
- Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest level of care for students.
- Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
