Job Summary

As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and standards
  • Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality and cost efficiency
  • Manage contractors or vendors as needed to support assembly area operations
  • Provide input into developing the manufacturing budget
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement principles to identify deficiencies and recommend changes in training, working practices, or processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or other technical discipline
  • Proven management experience of a minimum of 10 direct reports (2+ years)
  • Training/experience in electrical/electronics (2+ years)
  • Training/experience in mechanical engineering (2+ years)
  • Experience working in an electrical/electronics manufacturing facility (2+ years)
  • Mechanical experience in a manufacturing facility (2+ years)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Training/experience in efficiency of assembly methods and manufacturing systems
  • Experience in soldering small electronic parts
