About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Growth Initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business from new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet their needs. Your success will be driven by your ability to gain new business wins and understand the Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) and BPO environment.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develop business from new and existing customers: Identify opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Leverage subject matter experts: Collaborate with our team of subject matter experts to understand synergies between customer needs and our solutions.
  • Attend industry conferences and events: Represent Lifelancer, create business awareness, and develop quality sales leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of work-related experience
  • Proven track record in strategic sales, relationship management, and service delivery
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to clearly articulate a value proposition
  • Deep understanding of needs-based selling strategies and ability to uncover underlying customer objections and concerns

Salary: $125-$150 USD per hour
