Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in the Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Adel, Iowa, United States.

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents, monitoring treatment responses and vital signs, and performing routine medical tasks within the scope of your license.
• Report to a charge nurse or manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Develop individualized patient plans, prioritizing data collection based on the resident's immediate condition or needs.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, reprioritizing care as necessary, and delivering care with age and cultural competence.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families, tailoring content to their unique needs.
• Document assessment findings, nursing interventions, and progress towards problem resolution.

• 6 months of experience working in facilities as a Nurse.
• Active RN license in the appropriate State.
• Physical (within the last year).
• 2 Step TB Test or TB Blood test.
• CPR Certified.
