We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Expert to join our team at The Boyd Group. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs.
As a Collision Repair Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of quality and speed in every repair, aligning with our company's promise of WOW (Wow Operating Way) excellence.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. If you have experience working with various tools and equipment, such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute consistent repair work according to our WOW plan.
- Prepare cost estimates for customers and plan the necessary repairs.
- Repair sections of vehicles using cutting guns, plasma cutters, and other tools.
- Hammers out dents and dimples, applies filler resins when necessary.
- Realigns car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
- Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
- Repair glass and windshields as needed.
- Prepares and repaints vehicles with factory-specified paint.
To be successful in this role, you should have
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
