Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Clinical Fellow. This is a 36-week assignment with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and best clinical judgment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, and provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote communication skills in the classroom and at home, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions related to speech and language services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children, with a strong understanding of educational settings and the needs of students with communication disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
