Larkin Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg 3 unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Med-Surg 3 unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Active Florida RN license required.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Must pass in-house RN test.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
