Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each customer receives a positive experience.
  2. Greet customers, answer inquiries, and maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
  3. Accurately and efficiently process sales, handle cash, and maintain a clean and organized register area.
  4. Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Uphold store cleanliness standards, including the receiving and back stock area.
  6. Participate in daily huddle meetings and execute operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
  7. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.

Physical Requirements:
