Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our team at Deka Lash. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash extension services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lash Artistry and Tinting: Provide high-quality lash extension services, including application, maintenance, and removal.
• Upselling and Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
• Sanitation and Industry Standards: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all industry standards and regulations.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the success of the studio.

Requirements:

• Willingness to Learn: Be willing to learn and develop lash application techniques specific to Deka Lash.
• Marketing and Promotion: Effectively market and promote Deka Lash services to the community.
• Client Acquisition: Book lash models during the training period and maintain a strong client base.
• Sales and Revenue: Meet monthly sales goals and maintain a high level of revenue.
• Availability: Be available to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Continuous Learning: Be willing to learn and grow, developing and perfecting skills to provide exceptional services.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of all Deka Lash retail products to promote and educate clients on home care of their eyelash extensions.
• Client Education: Provide frequent education and recommendations to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
