Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman Supervisor to join our team at PBS Facility Services. This is a full-time position responsible for supervising and coordinating handyman activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate handyman activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Assign tasks and provide guidance to handymen as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections of handyman work to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of handyman services
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to tenant requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handyman or facilities maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
