Role Summary:
As a Surgical Technologist at Premier Plastic Surgery Partners LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting the operating surgeon, assembling supplies and equipment, and maintaining aseptic techniques. You will also work closely with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the operating surgeon during procedures
* Assemble supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures
* Maintain aseptic techniques and monitor situations that could lead to breaches in aseptic technique
* Coordinate instruments and implants between office and OR according to schedule
* Work closely with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a valid CST license, 3-5+ years of experience working in an Operating Room, and in-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures. You should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, responsible and compassionate, and have outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. Preferred qualifications include plastic or cosmetic surgery experience and sewing work experience.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
