We Are Seeking:

  • A passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to lead our Xcel and Developmental Program teams (Levels 6-10).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert instruction in gymnastics techniques, emphasizing safety and proper form.
  • Develop and implement engaging training plans tailored to the individual needs of athletes.
  • Create a supportive and encouraging team atmosphere that promotes growth and camaraderie.
  • Effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and staff members.
  • Maintain a safe and organized training environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience coaching gymnastics at the Xcel or Developmental Program levels (Levels 6-10).
  • In-depth knowledge of USAG program guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional spotting skills and a commitment to athlete well-being.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with athletes of all ages.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their athletic development.
