We are seeking a skilled Street Maintenance Worker to join our team at the City of Burleson, TX. As a Street Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing city streets, parking lots, drainage facilities, and rights-of-way. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of city streets, parking lots, and drainage facilities
- Operating heavy equipment used in street maintenance and repair
- Training personnel in the safe and proper use of heavy equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Able to lift up to 90 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license with good driving record (Class C)
- Able to obtain Class A Texas driver's license within 6 months
Estimated Salary:$42,000 per year
