We are in search of a dependable and meticulous Facility Maintenance Associate to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring cleanliness and organization in various work environments. This role encompasses a range of cleaning duties aimed at maintaining a hygienic, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sanitize restrooms, break areas, and shared spaces.
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
  • Dust and clean surfaces, including desks, counters, and shelves.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
  • Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Notify the supervisor of any maintenance or repair requirements.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Execute additional cleaning tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good physical endurance and capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between various locations.
  • Ability to follow directions and collaborate as part of a team.
