Requirements:

  • Prior experience in case management, preferably in the personal injury industry
  • Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare providers
  • Understanding of the injury claims process to ensure accurate and efficient case management
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare providers
