About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Acute Trauma Surgical Unit.
  • This role offers unlimited growth opportunities, enabling you to develop your career path and progress to leadership positions, such as Charge Nurse, Preceptor, or Unit-Based Council member.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care, adhering to established nursing models like 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' You will assess patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in patients' medical records.
  • Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
