Clinical Nurse Specialist

The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within our healthcare facility. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality nursing services and working collaboratively with healthcare teams.
Work Schedule- Full-Time - Night Shift: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- Rotation includes every third weekend and every other holiday.
- Deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, which encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Guide and instruct patients and support staff in their healthcare activities.
- Document and execute clinical and technical care procedures effectively.
- Engage in the Discharge Planning Process, ensuring smooth transitions for patients.
- Perform additional duties as required, including cross-training for Intensive Care.
- Willingness to work every third weekend and alternate holidays.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate departmental needs.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid nursing license in the State of Ohio.
- Prior experience in Emergency or Intensive Care settings is preferred.
