Salary
The hourly pay rate for this position is $36.47 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
  • Plans, coordinates, and monitors the completion of all routine work on a daily basis.
  • Supervises and trains administrative-office clerical staff.
  • Monitors, distributes, and provides follow-up on all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Specialized Duties:
  • Prepares legal correspondence and documents for the agency's attorney.
  • Takes and transcribes minutes from preconstruction conferences and safety committee meetings.
  • Assists in compiling reports and preparation of applications for submission to state, local, and federal agencies.

Miscellaneous Tasks:
  • Completes miscellaneous credit applications for the agency.
  • Prepares landscape contracts and maintains updates.
  • Prepares backflow testing reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years' secretarial experience.
  • 1 year of some leadership experience-Supervisor.
  • Good usage of the English and Spanish languages in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Desirable Skills:
  • Bilingual-Spanish.
  • Must be able to pass a typing test of 45WPM or better.
  • Mature judgment, neat personal appearance, tact, and discretion.
