Key Responsibilities:
The case manager collaborates closely with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to optimize resource utilization while ensuring continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have:
- A degree from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensure:
Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of South Dakota or meet multi-state licensure requirements. Professional certification and membership in a nursing organization are preferred.
Work Schedule:
Varied shifts; 80 hours over a two-week period.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is competitive, with a range starting at $46.50 per hour, based on experience.
