Position Overview:
AW Health Care is seeking experienced and empathetic CNAs and Caregivers to provide individualized care for our senior clients within their residences.
Key Responsibilities:
Our primary focus is to ensure the physical well-being of clients, which includes maintaining personal hygiene and creating a safe living environment that meets their health and safety requirements.
CNA/Caregiver services are provided through scheduled visits tailored to each client's specific care plan.
Available Client Shifts:
Client 1:
Tuesday (4 hours) & Thursday (3 hours)
Schedule times are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate other clients.
Client 2:
Tuesday/Thursday, 11 AM - 3:30 PM (4.5 hours)

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- At least six months to one year of professional caregiving experience, preferably with elderly individuals
- Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong team player with a commitment to high-quality customer service and a positive demeanor
- Effective communication skills and well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Compliance with annual training and education requirements as mandated by the agency
- Responsibilities include assisting with light meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mail handling, engaging in games and social activities, facilitating safe participation in family events, and fulfilling any other reasonable requests.
