About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital – St. Louis. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to serve our community.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age
  • Document medical necessity in the medical record and complete the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments
Requirements
  • Licensure in IL and MO
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • CRRN preferred
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
