Job Description

The Warehouse and Inventory Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise at our club. This critical role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train team members to ensure efficient and accurate receipt and stocking of merchandise
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track sales data to inform purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize storage space
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance member satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in a retail or warehouse environment, preferably in inventory management or logistics
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
