We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Houseman to join our team at Plainridge Park Casino. As a Banquet Houseman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Event Setup and Execution: Set up and maintain banquet rooms, buffets, and tables according to specifications and supervisor instructions.
• Guest Service: Handle all guest requests and provide assistance as needed.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance: Ensure that all storerooms are clean, organized, and secured, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management and ensure that all equipment is properly stocked and maintained.
• Communication: Constantly communicate with the Banquet Supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Ability to perform basic math skills, ability to apply common sense understanding, ability to read and analyze general business periodicals, and ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Physical Demands: Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. May be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
