Work Schedule: Day shift only (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 for full-time and $4,000 for part-time positions

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating, and providing comprehensive nursing care and health education to our residents.
  • Supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
  • Administering safe and precise medication-related interventions.
  • Assessing residents' health and promptly notifying physicians of any changes in status.
  • Developing individualized care plans based on thorough assessments.
  • Implementing appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
  • Contributing to resident assessments and the development of care plans.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
