We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Registered Nurse at Regency at Waterford. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care and managing the health of our residents.
Work Schedule: Day shift only (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 for full-time and $4,000 for part-time positions
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and providing comprehensive nursing care and health education to our residents.
- Supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
- Administering safe and precise medication-related interventions.
- Assessing residents' health and promptly notifying physicians of any changes in status.
- Developing individualized care plans based on thorough assessments.
- Implementing appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
- Contributing to resident assessments and the development of care plans.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
