Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Inspector

Job Title: Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler InspectorWe are seeking skilled professionals to fill this critical role.
As a Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire protection systems with minimal supervision.
- Interacting with customers in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, schools, restaurants, and commercial buildings.
- Developing strong relationships with customers, technicians, sales personnel, and managers through excellent verbal communication skills.
- Working independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
- Diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing, and troubleshooting issues that arise during inspections.
- Documenting all inspections and necessary information for repairs.
- Providing detailed reports and recommended corrective actions to customers.
- Meeting state licensing requirements, and obtaining necessary certifications.
- Performing physical tasks, including climbing ladders, stairs, and lifting heavy objects.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and care.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- Hold at least one of the following certifications, and possess sufficient knowledge and experience:
- Texas FAL License
- Texas RME-I License
- Sign-on bonus of $2,500.00.
