At Essential Anesthesia Management, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Anesthesia Professional to join our team at Ennis Regional Medical Center and Parkview Regional Hospital. This clinician will work as part of a 3-person team that rotates between the two facilities in Texas.

Our case volumes are very light, consisting of General, GI, ENDO, ENT, urology, podiatry, some pain management, and orthopedic surgery cases. No hearts, heads, or OB cases are performed. We prefer regional anesthesia proficiency, but training is available.

The salary for this position is $351,000 per year, paid annually for 52 weeks of anesthesia coverage. Vacation buy-back is also available. Our call schedule is relaxed, with no weekend call and rotating call during the week (1:3) with rare call back. This allows for flexibility and a good work-life balance.
