Job Overview:
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing routine maintenance tasks, which include inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing components of aircraft and power plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues such as cracks, oil leaks, foreign object damage, and wear.
- Utilize and interpret blueprints and maintenance manuals sanctioned by the FAA, including IPC, M/M, OHM, and SRM.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to safety guidelines and collaborating with fellow mechanics and supervisors to manage repairs and address safety concerns.
- Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and parts for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, repairs, maintenance procedures, and parts ordered.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) on commercial aircraft, preferably on B737 models.
- Successful completion of a basic multiple-choice assessment on the first day, with a passing score of 70%.
- Availability to work weekends and/or swing shifts, with potential for overtime on any shift.
- A valid A&P license is mandatory.
- Capability to perform repairs, modifications, and other tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using FAA-approved data effectively (i.e., IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM).
- Familiarity with design techniques, principles, tools, and instruments related to technical plans and blueprints.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A valid, clear driver's license is necessary.
- Required tools must be provided by the technician.
