About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Vascular Sonographer to join our Cardiology Clinic team in the Heart and Vascular Institute.

As a Vascular Sonographer, you will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of the vascular system.

You will work closely with vascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images of the vascular system
  • Prepare patients for exams and provide post-exam care
  • Record information for patients' medical records, including exam results and other relevant data
  • Communicate with patients to explain procedures and answer questions

Requirements:

  • A current ARDMS registry card with RDCS and RVT certifications
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • A current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire
