As an Assembly Operations Specialist at RPO, you will play a critical role in producing high-precision assemblies or components with strict adherence to established instructions. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent process quality through frequent in-process inspection. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-precision assemblies or components using tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate build records and participate in process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure daily production targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a production environment related to the department or equivalent work experience desired.
  • Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. RPO offers a competitive total compensation package linked directly to employee's professional experience.
