Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist II to join our team at St. John's Regional Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist II, you will play a critical role in helping our patients recover from illnesses, injuries, or age-related conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify treatment needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and mobility
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance patient care

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy
  • Current California license in Physical Therapy (PT Lic)
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (AHA BLS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
