We are currently hiring a full-time Pharmacy Manager who will be responsible for directing personnel, managing daily store operations, and promoting a culture that aligns with our company values of Respect, Integrity, Trust, Professionalism, Empathy, and Growth.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $68.00-$77.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Managing staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure exceptional customer service
  2. Performing the role of staff pharmacist as required
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve patient safety, employee culture, and profitability, and working with store owners to develop and deploy process improvements
  4. Assisting with personnel scheduling and planning and executing store meetings
  5. Working with HR Specialist to hire and train new staff
  6. Collaborating with third-party vendors as needed to maintain operations
  7. Conducting performance reviews of direct reports
  8. Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging industry trends
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  1. A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy
  2. A current pharmacist license with the State of Wisconsin
  3. Clearance from the DEA's Exclusion List
  4. Immunization and Non-Vaccine Injectable certifications
  5. 5 years of experience as a staff pharmacist
  6. Excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities
  7. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  8. Experience with project management and the ability to multitask
