**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team. As a Server at The Shack, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your primary goal will be to promote our products in a positive and entertaining manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Promote and maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the restaurant.
- Present menus to guests, answer questions about menu items, and recommend dishes based on their preferences.
- Inform guests of daily specials, menu changes, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Monitor and observe guest dining experiences, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages, preparing specialty dishes as required.
- Clean tables, counters, and kitchen areas, maintaining a spotless environment.
- Prepare checks, collect payments, and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
