Assembler Floater

Filtration Group is a global leader in providing filtration solutions for various industries. We are seeking a skilled Assembler Floater to join our team in Breckenridge, Texas.

• Assemble and process filtration components, including sawing raw tubes to correct cut length, wrapping cores, and assembling cores/wraps into tubes.
• Operate hot tables for final assembly of elements requiring end caps attached with heat-activated adhesives.
• Identify molds required for attaching end caps and monitor temperature settings for proper adhesive curing.
• Operate dispenser to obtain adhesives and use work orders to identify end caps to be used.
• Set up and operate hot melt stations for attaching end caps thermally bonded.
• Use band saw to cut raw tubes to required cut length per job router and use router to identify proper material and wrap cores before assembly.
• Package and label finished goods per customer order or work order and forward packaged product to staging area for shipping.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance for equipment used.

• Ability to read and follow instructions provided on work orders and routers.
• Ability to use tools and measuring devices provided.

• Long periods of standing on concrete floor.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing, twisting, bending, sitting.
• Pushing mobile carts.
• Use required PPE.
