Ink Color Specialist

Job Overview

Universal Products is seeking a highly skilled Ink Technician to join our team. As an Ink Technician, you will be responsible for developing color formulas and mixes for production.

Job Responsibilities

1. Mix ink for operators as specified on work order
2. Use the Gretag Mcbeth color system to help match colors and to read colors in to obtain DE level
3. Maintain ink inventory by ordering ink as needed
4. Set viscosity for each ink formula
5. Maintain equipment mixers and spectro
6. Keep work area clean and organized at all times
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Screen Printing experience
• Basic computer skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
