Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all refinishing tasks in accordance with established specifications.
  • Accurately match paint colors using designated color charts.
  • Communicate the current stage of vehicles in the painting process effectively.
  • Oversee painting operations to detect and rectify flaws such as blisters or streaks.
  • Mix paints to achieve color specifications or replicate original vehicle colors, utilizing appropriate tools.
  • Adhere to OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing processes.
  • Apply designs, lettering, or decorative elements to finished products using various painting techniques.
  • Ensure paint consistency and quality throughout the process.
  • Layout logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces according to technical specifications.

Qualifications
  • Certifications in paint application procedures.
  • ICAR certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in refinishing is essential.
  • Strong ability to receive and provide direction.
  • Proven reliable work history.
  • Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
